less than a minute from Bridgewater Plaza. This home is
truly in a great location. Very few steps to the water and
plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces make this the
perfect getaway for your family and friends! You are only
minutes from dining, shopping and everything wonderful Smith
Mountain Lake has to offer! A long driveway places the house
right next to the water. There is also plenty of parking, 1
covered space and a driveway that wraps around the entire
house so there is no having to worry about backing your boat
trailer out. This wonderful home offers two docks. One is a
stationary dock with a floater and a party dock above and
also another floater. Huge sandy steps that lead into the
water make it easy for everyone to get in and out of the
lake. The main level offers a large kitchen open to a bright
dining room and a living area overlooking the water with a
big screen tv. The lowest level offers another full kitchen,
separate entrance, living room, two bedrooms and full
bathroom. This hidden treasure is sure to please!
